Business plan and structure
We can initially look at helping you with developing your business plan, raising the funds for your new venture and advise on the correct structure of your business, whether it is more advantageous to be: Sole trader / Partnership / Limited Company / LLP / A mix of these. We will explain clearly the differences between the various options, calculate any tax savings, and make clear the advantages and disadvantages with various options.

All our initial advice before you set up in business is free. If you decide to go ahead, we will quote a nominal fee to cover our costs of the Incorporation and all the initial work to get you ‘up and running’. This will include completion of all the relevant paperwork, advice concerning Directors and Shareholders, helping you with opening a bank account (often a lengthy task with various security checks etc), and help with obtaining your VAT and PAYE registration where necessary (again, a lengthy task with identity checks).
